For the Exceptional People Awards, I led the branding and experience design to create a cohesive, elevated celebration that honored our top-performing associates.

From the physical awards themselves to on-site signage, presentation materials, and digital communications, every touchpoint was intentionally crafted to make the winners feel recognized and valued. I developed a visual identity that balanced prestige with warmth, reflecting the spirit of the event and the excellence of our honorees.

Leading up to the celebration in New York City, I managed internal communications and teaser campaigns to build excitement across the organization. The result was a memorable, brand-aligned experience that truly celebrated the achievements of our exceptional people.
