I led the end-to-end redesign, launch, and ongoing management of our company’s global intranet platform using Firstup, transforming it into a centralized hub for internal communication and brand engagement.

 

Our goal was to create an intuitive, visually aligned experience that reflected our corporate identity while improving usability for associates across regions.

 

By streamlining navigation, elevating content strategy, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders, the new intranet became a vital daily touchpoint also boosting accessibility, driving engagement, and reinforcing our internal brand presence at every level of the organization.
